Description

Are you ready for a meaningful and varied job? We are now looking for a nurse for the municipal home care. With us, you will have an exciting and developing job where you contribute to ensuring our patients receive safe and person-centered care.

As a nurse with us, you will work with patients in home care, care homes, and within LSS.

Responsibilities

You will work evenings and nights and be responsible for all home care in Hällefors municipality. Your work includes:

• Independent medical assessments and treatments.
• Guidance of care staff in health and medical care issues.
• Close collaboration with unit managers, case officers, occupational therapists, and care staff who work together for the best interest of the patient.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse.
• Experience in elderly care and/or disability care is an advantage.
• Good collaborative skills and the ability to work independently.
• Structured, flexible, and meticulous, with a holistic perspective on tasks.
• Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.
• Good knowledge of legislation regulating the nurse's work.

Conditions

We apply continuous selection in this recruitment, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Working hours are evenings and nights on weekdays and weekends. The schedule is arranged by agreement, and the position can be adjusted according to preferences from 50% to 100%.
