Would you like to try working as a nurse in municipal health and medical care? During the holiday period from June 15 to August 16, Örebro Municipality offers you, as a substitute, a little more with a salary of up to 400 SEK per hour.

About the Position

We value your competence as a nurse! Therefore, we now offer up to 400 SEK/hour to you who work hours with us to ensure good care. This corresponds to a monthly salary of 66,000 SEK, and in addition, vacation pay will be added according to the agreement. It is a good compensation during the summer, and you can also see it as a well-paid opportunity to test the job as a nurse with us. If you have less than 6 months of documented experience, we will compensate you with 300 SEK per hour, which corresponds to a full-time salary of 49,500 SEK.

As an hourly-paid nurse in health and care, you will work in home care, special housing, and the health and medical care unit. You may also work nights in our night organization.

Examples of Job Responsibilities:

• plan, implement, and evaluate nursing, health, and medical care interventions based on each individual's needs
• make medical assessments up to the nurse level
• instruct, delegate, and guide nursing staff
• be responsible for, as well as inform and guide in health and medical care issues
• be responsible for nursing interventions
• participate in care planning and team meetings
• maintain contact with and provide support to relatives
• medication management
• document in the operational system Treserva and manage other operational systems and quality registers

About the Workplace

The area of care and support is part of the Social Administration. The operations include care and support, preventive activities, authority exercise in the area, as well as housing placement and housing adaptation. Within the area of Care and Support, we work to support and help people who need care, support, or assistance in their daily lives.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• licensed nurse
• driving license B
• computer skills; you can document in writing what the operation requires
• you master the Swedish language in a way that allows you to communicate with those we serve and your colleagues

Meritorious:

• district nurse
• geriatric education
• psychiatry education
• child and youth education
• experience in documentation in the operational systems Lifecare, NPÖ, Pascal, MCSS (digital signing)
