Tallåsen is centrally located in Lindesberg with good commuting opportunities. Our operations have three focuses: somatic care, dementia, and psychiatry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work involves performing regular care tasks based on individual care plans. You will carry out health and medical tasks as delegated and are responsible for documentation according to applicable routines and legislation. You support and motivate individuals to participate and be independent in their daily lives and participate in social and physical activities with them.

You will receive an introduction alongside experienced colleagues to help you feel secure in your role. You will also have close support from colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, and the unit manager.

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained care assistant and wants to work with people
• has experience in care and social work (meritorious)
• masters Swedish in speech and writing to communicate with individuals, relatives, and colleagues, as well as document according to the organization's routines
• is flexible and easy to collaborate with others
• has a good attitude and takes initiative
• is engaged, empathetic, and secure in yourself with the ability to adapt to different situations
• is service-oriented and enjoys creating order and structure
