At our workplace, we support each other, and everyone is met with warmth and respect. We now need to expand and strengthen our team with three new nursing assistant colleagues!

As a nursing assistant/care staff, you contribute to providing care recipients with a meaningful everyday life, ensuring they receive quality care that makes them feel secure.

We believe that even with simple means, we can make a difference in the everyday lives of care recipients and for each other's work environment. Our employees are professionals at this; they do it with great commitment every day, all year round!

Do you want a meaningful job where you truly make a difference for people every day? Do you thrive in a flexible and social work environment? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

About the position

In Sulvik's home care, we are proud of our drive, team spirit, and how we together make a difference every day. We work closely with the manager, nurse, and planner, have quick decision-making paths, and support each other in both big and small matters against the backdrop of beautiful countryside.

We always start from the question 'What is important to you?' when we support our care recipients – for us, every individual is unique, and we deliver care with heart and consideration.

As a nursing assistant, you will take on the role of a primary care contact, and in this work, there is an opportunity for you to take on a representative role, which means you have a special responsibility for an area that we will jointly determine based on your knowledge and interests.

All our new employees receive an introductory training at our competence center as well as a practical introduction at the workplace together with a colleague, based on individual needs in dialogue with the manager.

The positions are permanent employment, and working hours are scheduled according to a day/evening/weekend shift. Start date is by agreement.

It is advantageous if you also have:

  • Previous work experience in dementia care.
  • Further education regarding behavioral and psychological symptoms in dementia (BPSD) or other suitable further training.

A good attitude and a strong interest in what is important for the care recipient are prerequisites for succeeding in this role with us. Your personal qualities and competencies will be part of what creates the whole in our team, and we place great importance on both in the matching process.
