About the role - care assistant in home care

We are looking for someone who wants to work on an hourly basis during the day, evening, and weekends as needed.

As an employee with us, you will work both independently and in a team - always close to the care recipient in their home. Your tasks include

• Participating in care and support, in close collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists, etc.
• Documenting according to current routines
• Contributing to the group's shared responsibilities, quality/team meetings, and workplace gatherings

We work solution-focused - seeing opportunities, not obstacles - and together we create a work environment where we have fun, develop, and support each other.

Is this you?

• You have passed Swedish 1/A (or Swedish as a second language)
• You have a driving license B - a requirement for the position
• You are comfortable with both documentation and the Swedish language - both spoken and written
• You are engaged, responsible, and have a warm approach

• Salary: Individual salary setting according to collective agreement
• Location: HS Home Care Kristianstad
• We apply trial employment for 6 months
