ABOUT THE POSITION

Vi Omsorg is looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client residing in Mora. You will work as a substitute as needed, for example, during the absence of regular staff. If the collaboration works well, there is a possibility of a fixed-term position with a set schedule. The shifts are arranged as day shifts, and you are expected to be able to work both weekdays and weekends.

Working hours:

• From 09:00 to 09:00, with waiting time during the night 

Start date is according to agreement, and we hope you can begin the introduction as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is an active girl in her 30s with autism and intellectual disabilities. During weekdays, she attends a daily activity program, where you as an assistant will accompany her. In her free time, she enjoys staying active and engages in various activities – both outdoors and indoors. Outings, swimming, painting, singing, and crafts are some of the activities that are usually on the schedule.

She needs support in all aspects of daily life. A calm and secure environment with fixed routines is important, but she also appreciates stimulating and partially developing activities.

The tasks include, among others:

• Assisting with daily routines such as household chores
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is calm, alert, and patient, with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with people. You enjoy variety – both with days that offer activities like walks, training, and swimming, and with quieter, more sedentary days. It is important that you are flexible and appreciate varied workdays. Furthermore, our client prefers female assistants. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Manual driving license - as you will be driving the client's car
• Ability to tolerate claws and be a competent swimmer 
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written 

Employment rate: Substitute with work as needed. 

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
