Customer Service Representative at Victoriahem
Are you a driven, communicative, and self-motivated person looking for a developing role in the real estate industry? We are looking for students who want to work as customer service representatives at Victoriahem!
About the Position
As a customer service representative at Victoriahem, you will gain a unique insight into the real estate industry and become a central part of our customer service team, where we always put our tenants first!
You play a key role in creating a positive experience for our tenants. With phone and email as your primary tools, you ensure that every customer receives fast, professional, and high-quality service. You are skilled at handling various types of inquiries and challenges with a solution-oriented and efficient approach.
You will be part of an engaged team where collaboration and service spirit permeate our daily work. Together with your colleagues, you will work in an open and modern office environment, where we always strive to provide the best possible service to our tenants.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Helping customers resolve various issues via phone and email
- Handling maintenance requests and ensuring smooth case management
- Performing administrative tasks related to property management
- Contributing to high customer satisfaction through a professional and service-oriented approach
The position as a customer service representative is a consulting assignment through Adecco with immediate start. Working hours are daytime Monday to Friday, and you will work as needed.
About You
We are looking for someone who is driven, goal-oriented, service-minded, and seeking a long-term part-time job. You can work at least two days a week and are available to work full-time during Christmas and summer.
To succeed in this role, you need to have good communication skills, be solution-focused, and humble. As a person, you are attentive and accommodating with a sense of detail that makes a difference in the customer experience. If you are studying a real estate-related program, this is a plus.
We see that you have the ability to build relationships and create trust – both with our tenants and your colleagues!
Important for the Position:
- You have work experience in customer service via phone
- You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- You are a student or have another main occupation of at least 50%
- You have at least three semesters left in your current education
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
