Sales Leader Kitchen

Your role as sales leader kitchen
For you, communication, coaching others, and achieving results are driving forces. You enjoy building good relationships and taking on different tasks every day. In the role of sales leader kitchen, you will educate and coach in sales and product knowledge and be a key motivator to achieve the best results in the product area. Creative solutions and attention to detail are qualities you possess, which contribute to customers being offered the best kitchen solutions by you! The kitchen display always looks top-notch when you are on duty, and you have no problem working independently. You need to be flexible and operationally close, participating and acting in daily work and being a role model for others.
Who are you?
As a sales leader kitchen at Elgiganten, your personal qualities and motivation are the most important. You are responsible for the kitchen area, the budget for the kitchen department, and your task is to use your expertise to build trust within the team as well as with customers who need support in this important purchasing process. You love to develop, help others grow, and achieve your goals, and of course, have fun while doing it!

- Are creative and can help our customers on their way to their dream kitchen
- Love to educate and develop others in your area of expertise
- Can follow up and develop results in the product area
- Are meticulous and care about keeping the kitchen display updated
Experience in kitchen and appliance sales is an advantage in this role but not a requirement. We will provide you with the knowledge and training required as a sales leader kitchen during your introduction, all to ensure you succeed and thrive with us.
