About the role

As a motorcycle salesperson with us, you will have a clear responsibility for driving and developing sales towards both new and existing customers. You will work with the entire customer journey – from the first contact to delivered bike and repeat business.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Drive sales in-store and provide customers with a premium experience from the first meeting to the completed deal.
• 
  
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and deals via phone and email and build long-term customer relationships.
• 
  
• Represent Bikeman at fairs, customer meetings, and larger events where you meet our most engaged customers.
• 
  
• Plan and execute customer activities and campaign days together with the team.
• 
  
• Participate in test ride and launch events in Spain and other destinations where Harley-Davidson organizes exclusive activities.
• 
  
• Handle deliveries and delivery walkthroughs – from bike and equipment walkthrough to key handover.
• 
  
• Guide customers in choosing equipment, accessories, and clothing to enhance both experience and upselling.
• 
  
• Contribute to a selling, inspiring, and well-organized store environment where the details reflect a strong premium brand.
• 
  
• Stay updated on models, technology, and products through internal training and Harley-Davidson University.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a driven, ambitious salesperson with pride in your profession. You are motivated by making deals, building relationships, and delivering results – and you understand the value of representing a strong brand in the right way.

• Have documented sales experience, preferably from retail, vehicles, premium brands, or similar.

If you have experience with motorcycles, vehicles, or clothing sales, it is a strong merit.

A driver's license is a plus, but not a requirement – the right person can learn a lot with us.

About Bikeman Harley-Davidson

Bikeman is Sweden's largest Harley-Davidson dealer (established 1991).

We are a team of 12 people who are passionate about motorcycles, customers, and business.

We are located in newly built premises at Kroppavägen 40, near Vasatorp, 3 km from the E6 along Helsingborg.

Our facility of 1,550 m² is one of Sweden's most modern for motorcycles – with the latest technology and a state-of-the-art workshop.
