In early March, a new Marty store will open in Triangeln, Malmö, and we are looking for a completely new team of salespeople! Do you have a passion for sales and are ready for the next challenge in your career? Do you thrive on service and sales while loving personal interactions with customers? Then you are the one we are looking for.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in retail. With your background in fashion retail, you will, together with other team members, be responsible for maximizing sales in the store and increasing consumers' knowledge about Marty and our brands – automatically making you an ambassador for Marty. You have a good ability to prioritize, you perform your work in a structured manner with very high quality where your personal commitment contributes to customer experiences beyond the ordinary.

To succeed in this role, we believe you must have a passion for fashion and trends, but above all love customer interactions and enjoy social engagements. As a person, you have good self-awareness and the ability to motivate, engage, and develop your colleagues with a positive, humble attitude. You are a self-driven, flexible team player with a strong commitment to sales. Through your knowledge of products, materials, and service, as well as your ability to read people, you will become a key person, not only for Marty but also for the customers.

Previous experience in sales and retail is a given, and you must be at least 18 years old to apply for the position. Furthermore, you need to thrive in a very dynamic and flexible environment with a fast pace.

The position offers opportunities to work with many established brands in a developing environment. Among the company's most well-known brands are Stenströms, Sand Copenhagen, Busnel, Gant, Day Birger et Mikkelsen, Hansen & Jacob.

The employment is with Marty Group, the position is 25-30 hours/week and includes both weekday and weekend work, with a possibility of extra hours according to an agreed basic schedule on a monthly basis. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. Pension and insurance according to collective agreements through the Trade Union for Employees.
