Pauser Media is a profitable and growing media company currently seeking salespeople to join its team in Lund at Lilla Fiskaregatan 4A, centrally located in Lund. Full-time position on-site Monday to Friday.

In your role, you will contact both existing and new customers in the business and public sector via phone. We deliver strategic knowledge to our customers through our newspapers/news services and offer subscriptions with access to websites that contain in-depth strategic knowledge. Our brands include Miljö & Utveckling, Techtidningen, Kvalitetsmagasinet, Vd-tidningen, Kvalitetsvård, and Hållbart samhällsbyggande.

We work systematically towards clear goals and provide you with the tools and support you need to develop and succeed in the role.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Working with your team to achieve set goals and budgets.

- Engaging in proactive sales.

- Building new relationships and creating contact with customers via phone and online.

- Being an ambassador and the face of Pauser Media.

This position is a permanent full-time employment located at Pauser Media's office in Lund. You will receive a fixed salary according to collective agreements and commission.

About you

We are looking for someone who may not have sales experience but wants to learn, or someone with experience in customer relations such as sales/telemarketing/store sales or similar, and wants to become an even better salesperson. You are a cheerful and creative person who enjoys solving problems and exceeding your goals. It is important to thrive in a proactive and outreach role and to quickly understand the customer's business and needs to succeed in this position.
