We are now looking for an experienced care assistant at Villa Kviberg in Gothenburg. As a care assistant at Villa Kviberg, you work closely with residents and contribute to a safe and meaningful everyday life. We offer training and several benefits.

About Villa Kviberg

Villa Kviberg is a modern nursing home built in 2022. The facility provides care and support to elderly individuals with cognitive impairments as well as common age-related illnesses. The residence consists of four floors located near natural areas and a newly built residential area.

  • We are a dementia-certified facility, which means that all of us who work here are trained in dementia and communication through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.

  • You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operation. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a care assistant.

As a care assistant, you are extremely important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.

“It’s mainly about meeting people, being able to adapt and read what people need. You gain colleagues and learn a lot about teamwork! There are often many fun activities and outings.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained care assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important.
