Do you want to play a key role in ensuring that our production runs smoothly every day? We are now looking for a Raw Material Planner at Tarkett in Ronneby, who wants to contribute to our products maintaining the highest quality and ensuring our customers always receive their deliveries on time.

As a Raw Material Planner, you have a crucial responsibility to ensure that the right materials are in place at the right time, so that our production can deliver with the highest precision. You are a central link between purchasing, production, and logistics and have daily contact with both internal and external parties.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan and ensure the availability of raw materials based on production schedules and forecasts
• Place and follow up orders with both Swedish and international suppliers
• Manage deviations, delivery delays, and rescheduling in a quick and structured manner
• Optimize inventory levels and help reduce tied-up capital without risking production stoppages
• Continuously work on improving planning processes, systems, and material management

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3–5 years of experience in material or production planning within the manufacturing industry
• Is analytical, results-oriented, and solution-focused
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with clear delivery requirements, where collaboration is an important trait
• Has excellent skills in Excel and experience working with data analysis and forecasts
• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Has post-secondary education in logistics, industrial economics, purchasing, or equivalent

We would also like you to have:

• Experience working in a larger production organization with complex flows
• Experience with LEAN, improvement work, or supply chain optimization
• Familiarity with systems and preferably experience with ERP systems such as SAP, M3, or Dynamics
