Description:

We are looking for a nurse who wants to work in a temporary position or as a substitute during the summer of 2026! During the period from week 24 to week 32.

With us, you will be offered a varied, stimulating, and developing job within regular housing and special housing. As a nurse, you will meet our Karlstad residents who are seven years and older. You will have a consultative and guiding role and be a support for the care staff in the daily health and medical care interventions that need to be performed. A job that truly matters!

Responsibilities:

• Home visits and medical interventions for patients in regular housing, sheltered housing/nursing homes, and with external providers.
• Tasks such as pain relief, medication management, injections, and counseling.
• On-call time also includes telephone counseling.

Qualifications:

You must be a licensed nurse. We also welcome recent graduates as experience in the profession is an advantage but not a requirement.

The work as a nurse requires a professional approach and a good attitude in contact with our customers, relatives, and partners. As a person, you are cooperative, flexible, can work independently, and have an easy time communicating and collaborating in a group. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability according to our values: caring, responsible, and engaged.

A valid driver's license (B) is required, as well as the ability to ride a bike. You also need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language.

Before an employment offer, we will request to see an extract from the Police's criminal record according to the municipality's policy.

Our Offer:

We have individual salary setting and employment conditions according to collective agreements. As a substitute with us, you will also receive a salary supplement. The salary supplement is 3000 kronor for those working full-time.
