JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for an LSS/Social Psychiatry Officer for a temporary position as one of our employees will be on parental leave.

As a social worker with us, you will assess needs, make decisions, and follow up on approved interventions for individual citizens according to LSS and SoL. You will collaborate with internal and external actors such as healthcare, schools, housing, relatives, and providers to ensure that the interventions meet the individual's needs. Participating in collaboration meetings, SIP meetings, and other cooperation structures as needed is part of the job.

The daily work includes investigations and follow-ups of decisions as well as documentation in the LifeCare system.

We offer you a support structure in the form of an introduction program, mentorship, peer supervision, and external supervision. In addition, we provide daily support from a case supervisor who has guidance in the area, both in groups and individually as needed. We offer basic and targeted training initiatives as well as wellness hours or wellness grants.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work. Previous experience in social services is considered an asset.

You are independent, have good collaboration skills, are responsible, and have the ability to create trusting meetings. As a person, you are used to taking responsibility for your workday, planning, and completing your tasks.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
