We are looking for a System Developer for an authority in the electricity sector.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role involves working as a system developer within IT management as well as in development and implementation projects related to the electricity market and power systems. The assignment is performed as a resource consultant and includes development, further development, and management of systems and web applications in agile teams, with deliveries in sprints. The work takes place in both larger and smaller teams and can encompass the entire chain from requirements and UX to testing, incident management, and coordination with other stakeholders. The systems must meet high standards for IT security, and an interest in system architecture, IT architecture, and security is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Design, implementation, and testing of system solutions.

Develop or update documentation in the form of requirements and design documents.

Develop or update system documentation.

Collaboration within the team and with other parts of the organization.

Handle incidents, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.

Assist in IT management of applications.

Requirements (Note, mandatory)

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

University education of 120 credits/180 ECTS in IT or electrical engineering, or equivalent education/work experience.

At least 10 years of work experience in system development with ASP.NET.

At least 5 years of work experience in system development with .Net Core.

At least 10 years of work experience in system development against MS-SQL databases.

At least 2 years of work experience in system development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

At least 5 years of work experience in system development with Entity Framework Core.

At least 5 years of work experience in developing REST APIs.

At least 5 years of work experience in frontend development, of which at least 3 years with React.

Meritorious

At least two years of experience working with IT architecture and software system design.

Participated in at least two projects where CI/CD pipelines have been implemented in Azure DevOps.

Experience of at least 1.5 years of work in the electricity market and/or power systems area.
