We now have a new need and are therefore looking for a consulting colleague with the qualifications below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work with clients or internal projects and commitments.

Your profile (Must have)

• At least 5 years of work experience in requirements gathering and requirements management.
• At least 2 years of work experience in organizations with high security requirements, within the public sector or security-sensitive business processes.
• At least 2 years of work experience in documenting requirements and ensuring traceability throughout the process.
• At least 2 years of work experience in planning and conducting workshops for requirements gathering with multiple stakeholders.
• At least 2 years of work experience working according to Swedish regulations, such as the Security Protection Act.
• Experience working with various stakeholders at different levels in the organization within the last 2 years.
• Higher education/university degree in (e.g., IT, information security, system development, or requirements management), or equivalent work experience of at least 5 years.
• Certifications or completed courses in requirements analysis or information security.

Meritorious

• Experience working with established security standards, such as ISO 27001 or equivalent.
• Experience working with established security standards, such as basic knowledge of the NIST framework or similar guidelines.
• Experience using tools for requirements management and documentation, such as simple requirement tools like Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
