Job Description

We are looking for an experienced project manager for assignments across multiple industries, with a strong focus on the public sector and the defense industry. The work is based on a strong interest in people, technology, and the bridge in between. The consultant role involves being an advisory partner to our clients and building trust.

In this role, you will assist our clients with digitalization by driving and leading development and implementation projects. This includes various types of digitalization initiatives, both as a management leader and project manager. You will establish trust and communicate across organizations at both operational and strategic levels.

Qualifications

• Experience as a lead project manager with budget responsibility in IT, system development, or digitalization.
• Background in the public sector or defense industry.
• Academic degree in system development, management, or similar.
• Certification in project management and knowledge of governance (PM3, ITIL, or equivalent).
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agile development, consulting work, and requirement analysis in the pre-study phase.
• Knowledge of LOU and experience within the Armed Forces.
