TP Förskolor AB currently operates 33 preschools in nine municipalities.

We are a private company that, with well-educated and socially competent educators, conducts developing preschool activities including care, play, and learning in a creative environment for children aged 1-5 years.

We are now looking for a qualified childcare worker with experience for a 40-hour/week position at Näsbylunden Preschool.

Näsbylunden is a preschool for those who are motivated and driven by collaboration, both with your team colleagues and across the entire preschool.

We prioritize joy at work and care deeply about our work environment where communication and attentiveness are our primary tools.

We have a well-functioning organization that is both stress-preventive and has room for scheduled planning time each week.

Näsbylunden is located in bright premises, near Näsbyparks center, with a large yard and beautiful surroundings.

The preschool consists of four departments. Fjärilen, Trollsländan, and Nyckelpigan have mixed-age groups with children aged 1-4 years, and Humlan is for the oldest children at the preschool who are 4-5 years old.

The preschool is led by our principal Linda Byskén along with two workplace leaders, and each department is led by a qualified preschool teacher who holds the position of team leader.

We strive to maintain high quality in our education, and we do this by ensuring that our teaching is perceived as rich and interesting for the children. Play is central to everything we do to make the child's learning feel meaningful and enjoyable.

The children are offered various types of teaching every day, such as morning meetings, set-up stations, joint project weeks, and planned activities in cross-groups.

Experience working with children is a requirement, as is experience with children in need of special support.

Childcare education and fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form are required.

We expect you to have:

• Childcare education (requirement)

• Clear child focus

• Good knowledge of children's needs, development, and learning

• A clear understanding of what our mission entails (good knowledge of Lpfö 18)

• Ability to translate theory into practice

• Good collaboration skills

• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Ability to use digital tools in daily work
