In the role of customer service representative, the phone is your primary tool as you assist our customers with everything from BankID and payments to stock and fund matters. You work independently but are part of a close-knit team of 12-14 people.
The working hours are scheduled from Monday to Sunday between 07:30 and 22:15, which means both evening and weekend shifts. The schedule is fixed and cannot be individually adjusted.

Full-time:
The position is a permanent employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. You work full-time on a rolling schedule, Monday to Sunday between 07:30 and 22:15, year-round. You will receive your schedule four weeks in advance, which gives you good foresight.
Temporary:
We also offer temporary employment by the hour as agreed. This means you can work extra as needed, for example during weekends, evenings, or peak periods. Your schedule is always planned four weeks in advance, which gives you good foresight. Please note that the introductory training takes place full-time during the first four to six weeks, which you need to be able to participate in even if you are applying for a temporary position. The following will make you successful in this role:
- At least a high school diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is also advantageous if you have:
- Experience in customer service via phone or other customer-facing roles
- A degree in a relevant field
