Job responsibilities

As a salesperson with us, you will conduct home visits to private individuals to explain the offers we have. You have the entire sales area as your workspace and are free to organize your 40-hour workweek as it suits you. Together, we will set expected goals, and then you have the freedom under responsibility to conduct your work in the way you think is best.

“But wait, I don’t know anything about drainage and sewage?” you might be thinking now. “No problem,” we think, because you will receive all the training and knowledge you need during your introduction, and you will also have the chance to shadow an experienced salesperson before you fly solo. Your introduction will largely take place at our home base, which is Dalarna. We are looking for the right individual for the task; we can provide you with the knowledge.

Qualifications

Are you a truck driver, carpenter, pallet nailer, or astronaut? You know what, it doesn’t matter what your background is; we are looking for the right individual to become our next salesperson. Our requirements are that you share our vision of how we treat our customers, and that you need to have a B driver's license, your own car, and that you master the Swedish language at a good level. Previous sales experience is a plus but not a requirement.

Now that we’ve covered that, what kind of individual are we looking for? To start with, you are a relationship builder of the highest order. It is important for you to establish trust with our customers, and you are good at making others feel comfortable. Furthermore, you are a person who is motivated by setting goals and you work hard to achieve them. You take your work seriously and address any problems that arise. You are a good listener and clear in your way of communicating. There are rarely misunderstandings when dealing with you, and if misunderstandings do occur, you are the first to try to resolve them.
