Do you want to help build a tire center from the ground up and take full responsibility in a rapidly growing business? Däcktjänst Dalarna is now looking for a site manager for its tire center in Borlänge. The role is suitable for you who want to work closely with the business, take significant responsibility, and help shape the future tire operations within a growing group.

The position is new and means that you will have a central role in the startup phase of the tire business in Dalarna, with the ambition to eventually expand to other locations. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the tire workshop and have overall responsibility that includes personnel, finance, planning, and development. You report directly to the CEO and work closely with other functions within the group.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving and developing the business operationally, ensuring structure, quality, and profitability, as well as building effective routines and working methods. You will lead and distribute work in the workshop, have personnel responsibility, and actively work with budgeting and follow-up. An important part of the role is also customer contact and sales, especially towards trucking companies and corporate clients. You will work with logistics and distribution of tires to other stations and be involved in the implementation of industry systems such as Däckdata. The role is practical and present, which means you need to be flexible and ready to work where the business needs you.

We are looking for someone with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment with quick decisions. You have a good business understanding and preferably a background in finance, technology, or a similar field. Experience in sales and customer relations is important, as well as good computer skills in Office. Experience from the tire, workshop, transport, or related industry is advantageous, as well as previous experience in building or developing a business.

As a person, you are self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented. You are confident in your leadership role, unpretentious in your working style, and have an easy time building trust both internally and externally. You thrive on responsibility, change, and working closely with the business.
