As a teaching assistant at Ingridskolan, your task is to help our students both socially and academically in their various subjects. You will work to make students feel happy and safe while also helping their schoolwork progress.

To assist our students in their schoolwork, it is required that you have very good knowledge from high school.

You will work in a small team consisting of a responsible teacher and a teaching assistant. Together, you will be responsible for a smaller group/class. The tasks of the teaching assistant also include work in Ingridskolan's after-school activities, which start when the school day ends.

Information about the school

Ingridskolan is a small primary and secondary school primarily adapted for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) but is open to all. The school is located in Bergshamra, Solna.

The school operates based on the TEACCH pedagogy, where each group/class has a teacher and one to two teaching assistants.

Ingridskolan is a workplace with good opportunities for pedagogical challenges and development aimed at creating good learning and leisure environments for children and young people with ASD. To facilitate this, staff receive continuous supervision from a psychologist/educator and training in ASD.
