About the Position
At Uniflex, we are currently assisting Svekon in finding their next Work Environment Coordinator.
As a Work Environment Coordinator at Svekon, you will be responsible for the company's work environment efforts and work closely with daily operations. Your mission is to ensure a safe and secure work environment by developing, planning, leading, and following up on work environment activities at the workplace.
Your role includes conducting workplace inventories, performing risk assessments, compiling reports, participating in meetings, and updating and driving action plans for the work environment efforts forward. You will serve as a support to managers and employees on work environment issues and actively contribute to a preventive and systematic work environment approach.
Practical Information:
Start date as agreed, as soon as possible.
Location is at Svekon's site in Brunna.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with solid experience in work environment issues who enjoys being close to the operations. You have a strong commitment to work environment and safety, as well as a genuine interest in people.
To succeed in this role, you are communicative, service-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You are engaged and proactive, can make independent decisions, and have the ability to prioritize when multiple tasks are ongoing simultaneously. Safety for both employees and customers is of utmost importance to you, and you work solution-oriented to support the needs of the operations.
You are eager to take your own initiatives and have the ability to independently carry out and complete tasks. Industry experience is an advantage, and good computer skills are a requirement. You express yourself well in both spoken and written language and have at least a high school education. Education in the field of work environment is an advantage.
