As a security officer for information security, you have a central role where you primarily work with a focus on NATO and property-related information security. This includes working with analysis, standardization, and follow-up, as well as coordination within the information security area.

You also work with the specification of measures to maintain information security in property assignments. The role also includes further developing methodologies and working methods within the area, and you also support the section's other areas of expertise. You actively participate in the systematic work to develop security protection within the Government Offices. Together with your colleagues, you are an important part of the Government Offices' security work.

Your background

We are looking for someone with a university degree focused on security, risk and crisis management, or other relevant education in the security field combined with work experience relevant to the position. Furthermore, you have several years of current experience in similar tasks, both at tactical, strategic, and operational levels, and have worked with information security in a systematic and risk-based manner. You also have experience in project work in large projects through participation in project groups. We also see that you have knowledge of the laws and regulations governing security protection in Sweden.

It is an advantage if you have relevant project management training for the position, as well as experience working with NATO from a security perspective. It is also advantageous if you have basic training in NATO's information management.

Excellent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

The position is one or more permanent employments with a six-month probationary period as a start. The position is classified in a security class and a security review with a background check will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. You must be a Swedish citizen but may have a foreign background.
