About the role

As a district sales representative, you play a central role in developing and managing our flower departments with grocery customers in your district.

Your workday starts at Blomsterboda in Gothenburg, where you gather the day's assortment for delivery to your stores. In-store, you are responsible for ensuring that the flower department is always appealing, well-stocked, and fresh. You handle deliveries, product care, pricing, and cleaning, and you are our face to the store and customer.

We are looking for someone who

• Is motivated by a fast pace and responsibility

• Has an eye for color, form, and sales

• Enjoys customer contact and service

• Is solution-oriented, structured, and self-driven

• Thrives with early mornings and varied workdays

• Experience in the grocery trade is a plus

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• B driver's license (required)

• Experience in retail is an advantage
