We work in teams (6–8 people), where we work in pairs for a large part of the day. In pairs, we plan the teaching and document the learning processes we create together with the children.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The preschool should be fun, safe, and educational. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, documenting, and developing the teaching together with the other educators in the team. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for ensuring that the teaching is conducted in accordance with the goals of the preschool curriculum.

Together with the others in the team, you will provide each child with safe care and promote the child's development and learning. We work systematically with child health and SKA to develop and ensure the quality of education. You, as a preschool teacher, are a driving force in this work.

You are a task-oriented preschool teacher who can contribute to a positive attitude, create qualitative and challenging learning environments, and develop pedagogical processes. Always with the best interests of the children in mind. Great emphasis is placed on collaboration skills, flexibility, and a positive approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher with teaching qualifications for preschool.
