Workplace International English School Halmstad opened its doors in 2012 and has since been a place where knowledge, respect, and opportunities are at the center. At the International English School in Halmstad, we make a difference in our students' lives. Today, the school consists of approximately 585 students in grades 4-9 and about 55 employees who work closely together and contribute to a developing learning environment.

Job Description

We are now looking for a certified teacher at 75% with subject competence in German for grades 6-9.

Together with your colleagues, you create conditions for students' knowledge development to achieve the curriculum goals. You plan, implement, and evaluate the teaching and work to create a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for a certified teacher with qualifications to teach German in grades 6-9. Qualifications in other subjects are also an advantage. You have a positive view of people and the ability to create good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

As a teacher with us, you find it fun, stimulating, and rewarding to teach students from several different countries and give each student the opportunity to develop based on their own conditions and abilities. You are clear and concise in your communication and have the ability to motivate and inspire students to absorb new knowledge. You can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
