Spannarps School is located in Himle and belongs to the school area of Ankarskolan/Spannarps School.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of a small work team and together with your colleagues, you will develop, plan, and conduct teaching at Spannarps School. During the school day, you may work with teaching in a subject you are qualified in or as student support.

You will work with students' development and learning throughout the day, challenging each student's learning based on their age, maturity, needs, and interests. You are responsible for ensuring that the after-school care prevents ill health among students through creativity, movement, play, recreation, and rest.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a teaching license for after-school teachers with qualifications in sports/mathematics/swedish.

We are looking for an engaged after-school teacher with experience working with younger school-aged students. You should be able to drive the after-school care's operations together with colleagues based on the curriculum's goals and intentions.

As a person, you have good collaboration skills and prefer teamwork over individual work. You have a solution-focused approach and the ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You encourage dialogue, participation, and engagement. You work based on the group's different needs and see the students' possibilities as a priority.
