Responsibilities

In the role of Shiftleader, you will work from the reception, where you will operate with everything it entails. In addition, you will be responsible for the administrative parts and reporting. You will also be responsible for training, staffing, and always focus on maintaining high motivation and spreading joy to employees and guests.

You will work diligently to achieve set goals in areas such as upselling, profitability, and guest satisfaction, where you will also be involved in developing strategies for these.

As a person, you are self-driven and motivated to create personal guest experiences together with the team. You are reliable, have a commercial mindset, and take full responsibility for achieving results. You are a confident and stable leader who is attentive and creates conditions for developing the business forward. We see your engagement, flexibility, and ability to think outside the box as important factors for success.

Qualifications

You probably have a few years of experience in hotel reception, preferably from a responsible role. An absolute requirement is that you are social, fearless, and love people!

You also need to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English.

Conditions

The position is a permanent employment at 80%, and the working hours are distributed over days, evenings, and weekends. We follow collective agreements and apply a six-month probationary period.
