We are looking for someone to work as a kitchen assistant with us, one of Stockholm's finer Chinese ramen restaurants!

We are seeking someone who is positive, self-driven, and able to handle stress.

The restaurant focuses on both lunch and dinner service. As a kitchen assistant with us, it is important that you can work at a very high pace, remain calm, and juggle multiple tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

As a kitchen assistant with us, you will be working on:

* preparing meat and vegetables

* kneading dough

* independently braising beef and making beef bone broth while checking its saltiness

* stir-frying noodles

* keeping the kitchen clean

Qualifications: To perform well in this position, you need to meet the following qualifications:

* experience in cooking Chinese food similar to what is described above

* flexibility with working hours

* ability to handle stress

* some knowledge of Chinese, though no requirement to write Chinese

* skilled use of chopsticks (as we need chopsticks to serve noodles)

* very skilled knife handling

Since we are a small restaurant, you must be prepared to also do other tasks needed in the restaurant, such as washing dishes, serving guests, and cleaning.
