ChopChop is looking for a driven shift leader to join the team!

Are you a natural leader who loves service, driven by developing others – and want to grow in a fast-paced environment? Then this is your chance! We are looking for a shift leader at 75% who wants to take the next step in their career and make a difference – for both guests and colleagues.

What does the role of shift leader at ChopChop entail? 🧭

You will be a key person in the restaurant's daily operations. This means that you:

Lead the team with energy, clarity, and a positive attitude – you set the tone for the shift.
Ensure that both the kitchen and service run smoothly – and solve any issues that arise.
Motivate colleagues, delegate tasks, and create a safe working environment.
Have an eye for detail, love problem-solving, and keep track of both pace and quality.
Support the restaurant manager with certain administrative tasks – such as orders, schedules, and personnel issues.
Contribute to achieving (and preferably exceeding!) sales targets during your shift.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry and who feels confident in the role of a leader. You are a person who makes both staff and guests feel seen and motivated. With a solution-focused and flexible approach, you are happy to take responsibility and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the restaurant's daily life. You are positive and professional, with a burning interest in service and creating memorable experiences for the guests.

ChopChop is Scandinavia's first drive-thru chain with a focus on Asian cuisine. Our journey began in 2011 in Eskilstuna – and today we are all over Sweden. Our goal? To change the perception of fast food through good quality, great service, and a calm, pleasant environment for both guests and employees.
