What will you be working with?

As a meal host, you have an important role in preparing meals in the way that patients desire. You are responsible for the meals from delivery to serving and ensure that patients receive the right food at the right time in their respective care units.

Your main tasks include:

• Setting up and serving food to patients in the ward
• Providing service and maintaining ongoing contact with patients, relatives, and healthcare staff.
• Ordering groceries for the care unit based on needs
• Setting up food for lunch and dinner
• Preparing breakfast, snacks, and evening meals for patients
• Receiving deliveries, as well as handling dishes and waste management

Who are you?

You are passionate about providing star-class service. As a person, you are humble, secure, and want to make a difference for patients, healthcare staff, and visitors. Your flexibility helps you manage varying tasks and a fast pace. With a positive and attentive attitude, you enjoy working independently and taking responsibility.

We are looking for you:

• Previous education in hotel and restaurant management
• Experience from restaurants, cafes, and/or work in healthcare is highly meritorious
• Comfortable working with various systems and programs on the computer
• Good level of Swedish language in both spoken and written form, as communication is an important part of the job
• Ability to read and understand instructions, both for your and others' safety

• Employment type: Hourly employment as needed
• Working hours: Varying working hours weekdays/weekends between 7-19
• Start date: As soon as possible
