Your Responsibilities

You will work in a team to manage and develop our IT operations. Together with your colleagues and our suppliers, you will create good conditions for collaboration and development, with the goal of securing our IT support.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing management plans and budgets, as well as, together with the business, implementing the goals and activities according to the plan. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our IT support is secure and accessible to users.

Your Qualifications

Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical education at the university level with a focus on IT or equivalent competence acquired in another way.
• At least 5 years of experience in management.
• Experience in ordering or providing IT consulting services.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial follow-up related to IT support.
• Good technical competence.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.

Meritorious

• Experience in government operations.
• Practical experience of working with AI as a tool in business processes or IT support.
• Experience with complex e-services.
• Knowledge and experience regarding IT and information security.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with a clear delivery focus who values the opportunity for continuous development. You will be given a lot of responsibility and need to enjoy challenges and problem-solving. Furthermore, you have the ability to lead others, be flexible, and thrive in collaboration. Since you will have many points of contact with both external and internal stakeholders, good communication skills are important.

About the Employment

The employment is a permanent full-time position that begins with a six-month probationary period. The position is located in Stockholm or Östersund. Start date as soon as possible by agreement. We apply individual salary setting.
