About the position

We at Perido are now looking for a network technician for our client Caziti. Caziti is a Stockholm-based IT consulting company specializing in networks, automation, cloud, and IT security. They help companies streamline and modernize their IT environments and have experience with both small and large organizations, including security-critical operations. This role is placed at one of Caziti's clients in the Stockholm area.

Your responsibilities

As a network technician, you will often work closely with colleagues and various project teams. The role involves a continuous flow of incoming customer cases where you work on troubleshooting, fixing bugs, and monitoring logs. For those interested, there is also the opportunity to work with simpler programming. You will be part of a small, close-knit team of specialists within an engineering-driven company, with good development opportunities and a chance to influence the company's direction.

Responsibilities included in the role:

• Assist in planning and implementing network solutions
• Participate in troubleshooting and solving technical problems related to network infrastructure
• Help with configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Participate in projects regarding network upgrades and expansion
• Handle incoming customer cases and perform ongoing troubleshooting
• Work with log monitoring and bug fixing
• Contribute with simpler programming tasks when needed

Qualifications:

• Work experience as a network technician or in a similar role
• Knowledge of network protocols, routing, and LAN/WAN technology
• Knowledge level equivalent to CCNP or higher (certification is a plus but not a must)
• Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of programming

Full-time, permanent. Start 2026-03-01.
