About us

Närhälsan Södra Torget health center is centrally located in Borås with a catchment area that includes approximately 9,500 registered patients.

Currently, about 35 people work at the health center in various professions who collaborate in different teams.

We strive for a positive atmosphere and care about a good working environment where we value each other and our competencies within different operations. Everyone has a shared responsibility for the whole and participates in improvement and development work.

About the job

Your tasks at the health center are varied, with the meeting with the patient being the focus. As a medical secretary, you are an important employee at the health center. Your main tasks consist of writing medical records in Asynja Visph, bookings, some work with digital services, and local IT support. At the health center, clerks work to staff the reception, but some work in the reception is included where you are the first person patients meet.

About you

You are a trained medical secretary and have previous experience in the profession. You also have experience in scheduling, working with Office packages, and KIV. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in primary care. You have a genuine interest in digitalization and good knowledge in the area. In addition, you express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

As a person, you are service-oriented and proactive, you enjoy working independently but also have good collaboration skills. You like variety in your work and can easily switch between different tasks. Since the workload is variable, it is important that you can prioritize among tasks. We also see that you, together with us, have a great interest in operational development.

A professional attitude and a friendly approach towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a given for you. We also see that you live up to Närhälsan's core values Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
