About the Role

As a mechanical designer with us, you will work on everything from small machine parts to entire production lines. You are involved from start to finish. From the first sketches in Autodesk Inventor to seeing the machine run for the first time. Here, it’s about understanding the whole picture, but also paying attention to the details. We talk about manufacturability, not theories.

You will work with sizing rather than strength calculations, and you don’t need to know complex mathematical formulas. But a creative mind and a sense of design are beneficial if you master them. This is not a place where we do what has always been done. We think new and we dare to test.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2-4 years of experience in mechanical design – or equivalent practical experience. You might be the engineer from university, or you have learned the trade hands-on in production.

• Has worked with Inventor or equivalent CAD software and knows how to turn an idea into a solid model.

• Has a sense for production and design – do you understand what is aesthetically pleasing, practical, and manufacturable? Then we already have something in common.

• Is a person who enjoys being part of a smaller organization where you truly make a difference.

Location and Application

We are located in Staffanstorp and work hybrid when possible, but your workplace is in Sweden, not on the other side of the world. Start date? Preferably yesterday, but we understand that you may have a notice period (which we see as a good sign that your current employer likes you).
