A nurse at Norlandia Elderly Care is a valuable key person, and we are looking for someone skilled in their profession who enjoys meeting people in various situations. Together with the team, including care tasks, rehabilitation, and management, we collaborate around the resident to provide a good life every day.

The specific competence of the licensed nurse is care. This encompasses both the scientific knowledge area and patient-centered work based on a humanistic view of people. You are responsible for ensuring that our residents' health care needs are met.

As a nurse, you are responsible for and lead the nursing work. This means independently, in team collaboration, and in partnership with the resident and their relatives, being responsible for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. An important task is also to guide, support, and educate other care staff and be a good role model for your colleagues.

You work with care in everything you do with great personal responsibility and have the ability to prioritize and lead others even in changing circumstances. Flexibility and collegial cooperation are of great importance in the assignment.

Sirishof consists of seven departments, three of which are for people with dementia. The building is centrally located next to Örebro City Park, close to a health center, grocery store, and restaurants.

• We are looking for a licensed nurse

• It is an advantage if you have previous experience as a nurse in elderly care

• You need to have good knowledge of the regulations of health care

• You must have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

• We prefer that you have knowledge of documentation based on ICF and KVÅ

• We want you to have good knowledge of the national quality registers relevant to the operations

• A driver's license is required for this position

Employment form: Temporary position for at least six months.

Extent: 100% or as agreed. Working hours include days, evenings, and every fourth weekend.

Start date: Immediately or as agreed.

Probationary period: We apply a 6-month probationary period.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You must also be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
