Are you a passionate chef who loves creative cooking and wants to deliver top-notch taste experiences? At Bryggeriet, right on Avenyn, we are now looking for an À la carte Chef who wants to be part of our team and put their mark on our menu.

About the position

As an À la carte Chef with us, you will:

• Prepare and present our dishes with the utmost focus on taste, quality, and presentation
• Participate in menu planning and contribute new ideas for exciting dishes
• Be responsible for mise en place and ensure smooth service flows
• Work closely with the head chef and colleagues to create memorable guest experiences
• Maintain a high level of hygiene, structure, and efficiency in the kitchen

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in à la carte and is passionate about modern cooking
• Is meticulous, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is creative and loves working with quality ingredients
• Has a positive attitude and contributes to a good atmosphere in the kitchen
• Enjoys working in a team but can also work independently when needed
