SyncUp is now looking, on behalf of our client, for an experienced real estate assistant for a personal and ambitious real estate agency with high demands on quality, structure, and professionalism. The role is fundamentally administrative and business-supportive, focusing on processes, compliance, and quality assurance throughout the transaction.

In addition to the administrative responsibilities, the role may also include business-related support in connection with intake and selected marketing activities. However, the emphasis is on office-based work and ensuring that transactions are carried out correctly, efficiently, and with high quality.

About the role

As a real estate assistant, you are responsible for the administrative part of the real estate transaction, from intake to handover. You work closely with the responsible real estate agents and ensure that transactions are conducted in accordance with the Real Estate Agent Act, FMI's regulations, and internal procedures.

The role is primarily office-based and characterized by independent work, structure, and precision, with some business-related involvement in connection with intake and marketing of properties.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with:

  • Administration of assignments in Vitec throughout the business process

  • Handling contracts, handovers, and work in Tambur

  • Ongoing contact with clients, banks, lawyers, and partners

  • Quality assurance of documentation and transactions

  • Ensuring that processes comply with the Real Estate Agent Act and FMI's regulations

  • Relieving agents so they can focus on transactions and client relationships

  • Support for agents in connection with intake and selected marketing activities

  • Responsibility for the daily function and representation of the office

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least two years of experience as a real estate assistant

  • Has solid experience with Vitec, including handovers in Tambur

  • Is or has been a registered real estate agent

  • Has a good understanding of the real estate agent process and FMI's regulations

  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

  • Has good administrative skills and high accuracy
