Our current accountant is moving on in their career, and we are therefore looking for an equally dedicated, positive, and confident successor to our finance team. The position of accountant

As an accountant at Enter Ställningar, you will be part of a finance administration team of five people who together are responsible for the company's financial administration. You will work with ongoing accounting, year-end closing, and payroll management, and you will be an important support to both managers and employees in financial and administrative matters.

The role involves responsibility for:

· Ongoing accounting

· Accounts receivable and accounts payable

· Invoicing

· VAT, tax, and employer declarations

· Reconciliations and accruals

· Participation in monthly and annual closings

· Payroll management for salaried and hourly employees

· Support for employees in payroll and finance-related questions

· Contributing to the development and improvement of the company's routines and processes

· Other administrative tasks related to finance and office

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience as an accountant and who feels confident in both accounting and payroll management. You are used to working independently but also enjoy collaborating closely with others.

We would like you to have:

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting and payroll administration
• Experience in payroll management (experience with the payroll system AGDA is a plus)
• Experience with accounting systems (experience with the business system Pyramid is a plus)
• Good system skills and an interest in structure and improvement work
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish, preferably also in English

You are unpretentious and communicative, enjoy collaborating, and actively contribute to a positive and pleasant atmosphere in the office. You like to help where needed and be part of a team. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

The position is a permanent employment

Location: Uddevalla (travel to the company's other offices may occur if necessary)
