Are you a student looking to combine your studies with work, and then work full-time when summer arrives?

At Transtema, you will have a varied and solution-oriented everyday life where you work structured with coordination and optimization of processes in a close-knit team.

The work involves both administrative tasks and service-oriented communication, where you handle cases and support processes in various systems daily and have contact with both internal and external parties.

Your main tasks include creating work orders, conveying important information, reporting deviations, and monitoring and planning assignments. You actively contribute to streamlining

workflows and make decisions necessary to drive the work forward. Additionally, daily support and problem-solving are a natural part of the role.

The position is part-time alongside your studies and full-time during the summer.

Responsibilities

You will work at Transtema's Service Operation Center, where there are several current roles. The key

is communication, both internally and externally, and you may work with:

• Creating work orders based on order documentation
• Answering questions from clients
• Booking deliveries with end customers
• Planning jobs for field technicians
• Monitoring end times and managing status updates on urgent jobs

Qualifications

• Currently studying and have at least 2 years left of your studies
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and proficient in English
• Very good computer skills
• A curious and stress-resistant person with an eye for detail.
• Previous experience in service and planning is an advantage
