The position is approximately 80% on a scheduled basis.

The work varies between day/evening shifts, and every other weekend. Working hours are 7 AM - 4 PM, 7 AM - 1 PM, or 3:30 PM - 10 PM.

It is advantageous if you are a trained nursing assistant or have experience in home care. Regardless of previous experience in the field, the work begins with an introduction alongside experienced staff to create good conditions for the job.

You should have a good ability to meet the people you help in a professional manner, being attentive to the customer's needs and wishes.

As a person, you should be responsible, independent, and able to take your own initiatives. It is important that you are reliable and flexible.

Applicants must have a B driver's license and be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
