Home care, unit 1 consists of two units - Blomman and Älvkullen.

It is one of our central units and is based at Selmagården. We often work together across boundaries, including with adjacent units. We work to ensure that customers are cared for according to decisions made by the assistance officer. We maintain close contact with our colleagues and other professionals and use mobile devices as keys as well as documentation and signing tools.

Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant with us, you provide service and personal care to our customers in their own homes. We want you to have a clear customer focus and be able to adapt your approach based on the customer and the situation. The work also includes delegated health and medical care tasks. We place great importance on interaction, collaboration, flexibility, and responsibility in our contact with customers. We work with a focus on the customer, continuity, and have frequent team meetings with other professionals.

The position is a temporary contract with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a recognized nursing assistant/care education according to high school or other education deemed equivalent.
• Experience in elderly care is an advantage.
• If you are not a nursing assistant, you should have relevant experience in operational work within elderly care.
• You must be able to document according to SoL and HSL.
• Have a valid B driver's license.
• Good digital skills.

We need someone who is secure, cooperative, and attentive to the customer's needs. You thrive in a job that can sometimes be unpredictable and varied. A valid B driver's license is a requirement.

Conditions

Sunne municipality applies annual working hours for this position. Working hours: according to a schedule including day, evening, and weekend shifts. Sunne municipality applies a fragrance and tobacco-free working environment.
