We are looking for a reliable and experienced personal assistant to work with one of our clients in Kalmar.

The position is approximately 70% and means that you will be an important part of creating a good everyday life for our client. The role of a personal assistant involves contributing to a safe and stable environment, focusing on the client's needs and safety.

Experience:

You should have experience in care and support and have previously worked as a personal assistant.

Security:

You should feel secure in your role and be able to handle different situations with confidence and calm.

Integrity:

Your ability to respect and protect the client's personal integrity is of utmost importance.

Personality:

We are looking for someone who is responsible, empathetic, and has a good attitude.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

The client is wheelchair-bound, and as an assistant, you will help with personal hygiene, other basic needs, transfers, daily walks, and household chores. We expect you to be a responsive and creative problem solver with the ability to adapt support to the client's unique needs.

Due to allergies in the household, you must be completely smoke-free and avoid perfume and other strong scents during working hours.

About the Position:

We are looking for a personal assistant for approximately 70% day and night in Kalmar.

The working hours are scheduled from 07:45 to 20:30 and 22:00 to 08:45 with on-call duty.

A background check will be conducted on all candidates who proceed in the process.
