We are looking for an engaged and empathetic personal assistant who wants to contribute to creating a meaningful everyday life for our client in Läckeby.

Experience and Competence

We value previous experience in care and support, preferably as a personal assistant. The ability to intuitively understand and quickly adapt to the client's needs is crucial.

Key Qualities for Success

It is important that you are a stable and reliable person who can work independently but also in a team, as you will have colleagues in the team around the client, who also has some double staffing.

As a personal assistant with us, you need to be responsible, attentive, and a problem solver with good collaboration skills. You should have a respectful approach and ensure that the client feels safe and comfortable.

About the Client

The client is an elderly woman with a wonderful energy and presence. She has a fondness for food and being social. The client is in a wheelchair and needs support in daily activities such as transfers, dressing and undressing, cooking, operating her wheelchair, and managing the household.

About the Position

The shifts consist of daytime and evening hours, and recruitment is ongoing. The position is 75% and should be filled as soon as possible. Do not hesitate to apply if you want to be part of this wonderful team!
