JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for staff for our reception unit.

Do you want to become our colleague?

We offer a varied and developing job within social services and are now looking for a colleague in the reception unit for children and families. The work involves receiving applications and reports that come to the Social Services, as well as conducting protection and preliminary assessments. We handle issues concerning both children and adults. The tasks also include advisory and consultation conversations, collaboration with, and information to other authorities.

Our data system is Lifecare, and we use BBIC as documentation support.

At our units:

• we support each other
• provide each other with collegial supervision and have external supervision
• we have treatment conferences every week together with the nearest manager
• we have ongoing professional development
• our managers have extensive experience in social work with children and families
• we work with both SoL and LVU
• we have expanded the management with a senior social worker

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a degree in social work (or another equivalent education according to current eligibility requirements), good knowledge of current legislation, and the ability to express yourself in writing. We consider it an advantage if you have experience with qualified child welfare investigations as well as experience with BBIC and the Lifecare data system. Our focus is on safer and more secure children, which is why we prioritize training in Signs of Safety.

We are looking for someone who is calm, secure, and stable. You have the ability to take initiative and see the bigger picture in your work. The work can sometimes change quickly and requires you to adapt to new circumstances.

We place great importance on personal suitability and your ability to contribute to the development of the organization.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

We may conduct selection and interviews on an ongoing basis during the application period.
