We are now looking for a personal assistant for a wonderful soon-to-be 10-year-old girl who lives with her family in Färjestaden on Öland. She is a lively and cheerful girl who needs help with everything in her daily life; tube feeding, transfers, sitting in a wheelchair, needs help communicating, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, being in school, and training in her own way. It is a physical role that requires good basic fitness but also an opportunity to play, have fun, and spread joy together with a fantastic little person. You are part of creating safety and joy in life!

It is a plus if you have experience helping people, whether you have worked as a personal assistant or in other healthcare roles or with children. A driver's license is required as you will be driving a car for work (the family has a car, so you will not be using your own).

The position is 85% with a 4-week rolling schedule that looks like the following in the basic schedule; of course, the schedule can change over time and swaps can be made. When working nights, it is awake nights, meaning you cannot sleep and must always monitor and control the client.
