Then the position as a substitute at Precator Pedagogerna is for you!

As a substitute with us, you can work at various preschools or schools and try out several different workplaces while gaining valuable experience for the future. The substitute position can lead to longer assignments or a permanent position at one of the preschools and schools we collaborate with.

We are currently looking for substitutes who want to work Monday to Friday in preschools and schools in Stockholm!

About the role

As a substitute in preschool and school, you replace regular staff during absences – often with short notice the same morning. The assignments vary depending on the organization and may include:

Participating in activities and creating safety in child groups at preschool together with other staff.
Supporting students during the school day and in after-school care in the afternoon.
Following lesson plans and conducting teaching in preschool class – grade 9.

Regardless of the assignment, you are a present and engaged adult who contributes to the safety and development of the children.

Qualifications and qualities

We are looking for someone who:

· Has completed high school or childcare education

· Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

· Has previous experience working with children and youth, such as involvement in sports clubs, youth activities, tutoring, babysitting, or similar

· Wants to be a positive role model for children and students

· Is prepared to take responsibility and initiative and wants to collaborate with others

· Is ready to work as promised
