We are currently looking for substitutes for a client in Tullinge.

As an applicant, you should be responsible, meticulous, and independent. As a personal assistant, you will assist the client with everything in their daily life and understand that your workplace is in the client's home. An interest in music, film, and sports is a plus. Having a driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement.

The working hours are variable as the client is professionally active. Communication is very important for the client, and therefore you should have good knowledge of Swedish. The client prefers male applicants aged 20-50.

You may benefit from being a student or having another job and stepping in here as a substitute. Living in Tullinge is a positive aspect as there may also be early morning shifts.

Rullarnas is locally anchored with offices in Torsby since 2004 and in Karlstad since 2014, but operates throughout Sweden. Approximately 65 clients have chosen Rullarnas as their provider, and the organization has a total of about 350 employees. Since 2011, Rullarnas has been authorized by IVO, the Health and Care Inspectorate, to provide personal assistance. Rullarnas' goal is to provide both the client and staff with the best possible conditions to feel secure in their roles. Rullarnas' vision is to offer more clients high-quality personal assistance where the competence and development of personal assistants are highly prioritized. Rullarnas will organize personal assistance according to the intentions of LSS and ensure to provide assistance of the highest quality while always respecting the client's wishes and the employment conditions of the assistants.
